HOW TO BOOK A service:

STEP 1 - Determine which pricing menu to select by reviewing the checklist on my “Services + Pricing” page.

STEP 2 - Mark your calendar for the 1st of the month. On the regular schedule, the online booking calendar opens one month at a time, on the 1st of the service month, every month, at 7am. (For example, April opens on April 1 at 7am).

STEP 3 - Click the button to book! If no dates appear, it means the month is completely full, but you will be automatically prompted to add yourself to the WAITLIST if you like. (See below)

how to book A BANG TRIM:

Bang trims available by email request to sundaymorninghair@gmail.com. Sliding scale for bang trims: $30 Base / $20 Community Love / $10 Community Care. Bang trims may be booked at any time. You do not need to wait until the 1st of the month :-). Please note that due to limited availability, bang trims are for existing clients only at this time.

WAITLIST and email NOTIFICATION list

  1. If you click to book and the calendar is full, a button will appear to add your name to the waitlist. (*it’s the box below the message telling you the books are full - the text inside that says “waitlist” is in white and is hard to read, but it is there, just click it).

  2. The booking software I use unfortunately requires that you waitlist by the day you want to come. If you can come any day, I recommend that you select the last day of the month because the booking software will delete your name from the list once your date has passed. That way your name will stay on the list for the whole month. If you need a specific date, please note that I only work Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, so no need to bother putting your name in for other dates.

  3. If there is a last minute cancellation, the spot is automatically offered to the entire waitlist at once. The first client to book will receive the appointment.

  4. If a cancellation is not filled by the wait list, or if it is too last minute to do so, I send a notification to my email list. To be on the email list, make sure to enter your email into your booking profile if you would like to be on my email list and turn notifications ON. Notifications must be on to receive my emails. Don’t worry, you will only receive emails from me (no spam or ads) and I don’t send a lot. :-)

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:

  1. By booking, you agree to all salon policies.

  2. Appointments fill VERY quickly. Due to the high demand, the whole month will fill within a few hours, so you truly must be online at 7am when books open to have a chance for a spot. The good news is, even if you miss it, you will have a chance to book again in just a few short weeks. Much better than the 5 month lead time I used to have! Month-by-month booking has actually made it easier for you to get in sooner, and for me to have flexibility to serve you better. Once you do get the hang of it, it’s a piece of cake.

  3. Once the month has filled, the online calendar will not show any availability. So if you are’t seeing anything, that is why. Don’t worry…it doesn’t mean I’m already booked for the rest of the year. It just means I haven’t opened up the next month yet. So just mark your calendar for the 1st of the coming month, and you should be able to get in within a couple of weeks of your target date!
